For nearly 30 years, I’ve worked in health, fitness, and nutrition — but what truly shaped my work was recognizing the massive gap in support for women navigating perimenopause. Too many capable, high-achieving women feel blindsided by fatigue, stubborn weight gain, and hormonal shifts and are told to simply “try harder.”
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Studies and certification as a Holistic Nutritionist (specializing in gut health and metabolism), I create personalized, science-backed strategies that help women stabilize hormones, rebuild strength, and regain confidence without extreme dieting. At 47, as a mom of three active boys who still trains and competes, I understand the juggle and I believe prioritizing your health is what allows you to show up fully everywhere else.
