Christina’s Story: From Burnout to Balance
From late 2018 until May 2022, I went through a period of severe burnout. I began intensive psychotherapy in May 2022, and during that first year of recovery I focused on healing mentally and emotionally. Over 12 months, I lost 55 pounds on my own and was proud of the strength I had gained in my mental and emotional health.
By summer of 2023, I knew I wanted to round out my self-care by building physical strength. That’s when I started training with Christine twice a week. From day one, she made our sessions feel comfortable, supportive, and motivating.
Christine helped me adjust what I was eating to fuel muscle growth, gave me customized workouts I could also do at home, and offered recommendations for supplements to round out what I was already taking. She gave me tips on menu planning and meal prep, and even taught me how hormonal changes in my cycle affect my energy and training. She provided accountability when I needed a push, but also gave me grace and encouragement during busier periods of work and family life.
Since working with her, I’ve built not just physical strength but also consistency and confidence in my fitness journey. I feel more balanced, resilient, and proud of the progress I’ve made.

Michelle’s Story: From Feeling Hopeless to Becoming Her Strongest Self
Before working with Christine, I was weak, out of breath easily, and honestly thought there was no hope for me – especially approaching 50 and quitting every exercise program I had tried before. Jenn’s Story: From Exhausted and Overwhelmed to Energized and Empowered
When I first started working with Christine about five years ago, I was in a really tough place. I weighed over 200 pounds, felt sluggish and tired all the time, and had no real plan for how to eat or take care of myself. My emotions were up and down, I couldn’t sleep, my skin was constantly irritated, and overall, I just didn’t feel good in my own body. I didn’t understand why I always felt so moody, drained, and uncomfortable.
Christine changed that for me. She didn’t just give me workouts—she gave me a whole new way of looking at my health. Through her nutrition guidance, I finally learned what foods actually work for my body and how much of a difference it makes to fuel myself properly. For the first time, I understood the connection between food and energy, food and emotions, even food and my skin. Having a plan made everything less overwhelming, and her support made it possible to stick with it.
The physical changes came quickly—I dropped weight and inches—but the deeper changes are what I value most. Today, I feel strong, energized, and balanced. I sleep well, my skin is clear, I look and feel younger, and even my cycle has returned to normal. My moods are steady, my emotions are regulated, and I finally feel in control of my body and my life.
Christine is so much more than a fitness coach. She’s a teacher, a mentor, and someone who truly cares about the whole picture of health. I am beyond grateful for everything she has helped me achieve and the way she has transformed not just my body, but my overall well-being.
